  1. What is the probation period?
  2. Why is this time important to employers?
  3. What are the payroll deductions that come off the employee paycheque?
  4. What happens with this money that you withhold for payroll deductions?
  5. What are the employer expenses included in 4C? Are some of these the same as the employee deductions? If so, what portion does the employer pay?
  6. What paperwork do you need a new employee to complete for you?
  7. Explain the process and all paperwork required when dismissing an employee.
  8. Where would you look to find attendants?
  9. How and where would you advertise? What might your ad say?
  10. What questions would you ask during an interview?
  11. Are there any questions you should NOT ask during an interview?
  12. What is a bank reconciliation and what is its purpose?
  13. What document do you need to give to your employee at the end of the year to summarize what they earned from you?
